The Executive Committee of the National Energy Marketers Association invites you to its Fall Policy Development Meeting.  The Meeting will be open to all NEM members and prospective members.  

NEM Policy Chairs will brief attendees on:

The FERC Giga-NOPR-  RTOs & Standard Market Design Issues- NEM Policy Chairs will identify issues and take votes on NEM positions on the issues.
¨ 

Credit, Risk Management and Financial Governance Issues- NEM Policy Chairs will review progress on Joint Inter-Industry/Government Task Force.
¨ 

Review Regional, State and Utility Specific Retail Issues-  NEM Policy Chairs will review proposals, identify and prioritize issues, national retail Standards and take votes on NEM positions on the issues.
¨

Consumer  Advocacy Issues- NEM's new committee on Consumer Advocacy and Aggregation rights will  identify issues and take votes on NEM positions on the issues.
¨

 Metering, Billing and Back Office, Telemarketing & Distributed Generation Issues- NEM Policy Chairs will identify issues and take votes on NEM positions on the issues.
¨

Energy & Telecom & Digital Communications Technologies, Standards and Protocols Issues- NEM Policy Chairs will identify issues and take votes on NEM positions on the issues.
